He did his master's degree (M.Sc.) in Health and Fitness, is furthermore a medicinal training therapist, state certified ski guide, basic instructor for running and walking and has many years of experience in personal training in professional sports and rehabilitation.
BIA – Bio-Impedance-Analysis & nutritional advice
Body weight is not only weight, but also made up of, amongst other things, muscle mass, fat and water. Thanks to the globally recognised method of measurement BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) you will find out more about the composition/structure of your body wheight. With this knowledge, it is easy to adjust your diet and monitor the training progress.
