Three fitness trainers, seven days a week, up to five fitness courses per day and personal trainer hours – fitness fans benefit from our new fitness concept in Nature Hotel Forsthofgut. It's based on the four principles of exercise, recuperation, nutrition, and nature.


That's how it is, for example, on a bike tour or hike in the Leoganger mountains with the Schmuck family. Add to that fitness courses for every level. And the 3,800m² waldSPA ensures absolute relaxation. The award-winning natural cuisine at the Forsthofgut serves the fitting fitness cuisine including regional products and sustainable organic dishes. 

A FITNESS STUDIO WITH A VIEW


We are proud of our fitness studio at the Nature Hotel Forsthofgut. As part of the waldSPA extension, the new fitness area offers 300m² of the newest Technogym fitness equipment. 

At the new waldSPA gym, the latest fitness machines (strength, cardio) await our guests, such as tread mill with a pine wood floor effect, spinning bikes an crosstrainers overlooking the surrounding nature, as well as dumbbells, back trainer, incline bench, leg press, and much more.

During a break, grab a refreshment at the fitness bar and enjoy the view of the Leogang mountains. 

Sonnengruss Active room

Our active new room offers 70sqm of space for fitness classes, yoga units and other active programmes. Windows down to the floor enable a view over the Leogang Rocky mountains and you can directly access our garden area from the active room, ideal for an outdoor training session.

Personal Training in the Fitness Hotel Forsthofgut

Exercise for more quality of life.

Each person  is unique. You can reach your personal goals while your holiday with a individually developed training concept. Our professional training offers are adapted to your needs.


At level one, a personal yoga teacher mentors you with fitting yoga exercises such as the "Forsthofgut mountain salutation", our morning ritual with refreshing kneipp wading exercises. 


At level two, our fitness trainer Christina will show you the right techniques at your level to strengthen your back, for example, or to activate your cardiovascular system. Level two is characterized by water sports.


Our intensive training with personal trainer Phil Anker at Level 3 consists of circuit training in our own wild game park with natural fitness equipment such as tree trunks and river stones. The complex and functional exercises challenge even the most well-trained guests.
