Our kitchen philosophy at the Forsthofgut Gourmet Hotel in Austria focuses on conscious reduction, coupled with the highest quality. Seven countries, one connection: The Alps. Our alpine mediterranean variety of the CUISINE brings you the most delicious blends from Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Slovenia, and Austria.
For us, regional really means regional: we insist upon it. Our products for the regional R50 dishes come from no more than 50 kilometers away and are labeled with our own R50 seal, many even come from our own farm.
The CUISINE consciously focuses on vegan dishes: We love green! But no matter what color, our vegan dishes are always exciting and varied. That's our motto. We rely on fresh, regional products and creative methods of preparation. Enjoy our vegan cuisine from breakfast to dinner.

Amazing cakes in the afternoons, terrific dinners. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Lovely rooms.
