Your arrival
Leogang is a municipality in the state of Salzburg, in the district of Zell am See. The municipality is located in the Pinzgau region of Salzburg. The Naturhotel Forsthofgut is located in the district of Hütten, which is about four kilometers from the center of Leogang.
We guarantee check-in at 15:00. If you arrive earlier and the room is already ready, you can, of course, move into the room. Otherwise, we offer you our spa bag to pass the time in the waldSPA, and you can start to relax. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. However, if you aren't quite ready to end your vacation, we offer an extended spaPLEASURE without a room (€ 35 per person). This gives you access to the spa area on your day of departure and you can also enjoy a refreshment at the strudelZEIT in the afternoon.
The Naturhotel Forsthofgut is located at 850 m above sea level. With the Asitz lift, you can reach 1,762 meters above sea level quickly and conveniently and then start into the extensive hiking or skiing area.
We offer free parking outside for the duration of your stay, as well as underground parking for an extra charge (€ 15 in summer/ € 20 in winter).

Our children's club is open 7 days a week, daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm for children from 2 years old. Lunch and dinner are available as part of the child care.
We are thrilled to welcome your four-legged friend to our hotel. We will gladly provide you with information about beautiful walking rounds. We would like to inform you in advance that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or on the recreational lawn/bathing lake. Your dog is allowed in our lobby and on the terrace. There is a surcharge of € 50/day for your dog and a final cleaning fee of € 50,-.
Cuisine
Our CUISINE offers a gourmet market with our own bakery, cheese dairy, butchery, coffee bar, juice bar, and the vegan corner and an afternoon refreshment at our KüchenGRUSS from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. In the evening, a gourmet menu based on our three cuisine lines, ALPINE, REGIONAL, and VEGAN awaits you.
In addition to the HP restaurant, there are three other à la carte restaurants: The fine dining restaurant "echt. gut essen.", our traditional Austrian restaurant "1617" and the Japanese restaurant "Mizumi" with Japanese delicacies.
Yes, there is a separate children's buffet with healthy delicacies for our youngest guests in the evening and at noon the children can claim the supervised lunch from our Rocky's Club.
As part of our CUISINE, we have our own VEGAN line of delicacies. In addition, our kitchen team prepares vegetarian dishes on request.
Yes, external guests can also have breakfast at the delicacies market at the Forsthofgut for Euro 35. Here you stroll between small market stalls and choose your favourites. Additional vouchers are available for breakfast at the Forsthofgut.

Of course, we provide bathrobes for our big and small guests. If the sizes available in your room do not fit, you can always order a different one at the reception desk. It will be brought directly to your room.

The indoor swimming pool at the waldSPA Family & Kids is open 24 hours. The bergFRISCHE sports pool (Adults Only) is open from 7:00 am. Both sauna areas open at 11:00. The two SPA areas close at 8:00 pm, except for the swimming pool.

You arrive early and your room is not yet ready? You are welcome to use the spa area with your family free of charge before you move into your room. If you would like to extend your vacation, we offer you an extended spaPLEASURE without a room (€ 35 per adult). You can book this to enjoy the full-day use of the spa area on your day of departure and the KüchenGRUSS in the afternoon as well.
Sports opportunities
During your stay, you can rent high-quality Scott mountain bikes and e-bikes in our hotel bike rental.
We are happy to provide you with sleds free of charge in winter. You can find them at any time in front of our ski cellar. Likewise, we are also happy to provide you with children's backrests and seat skins.
You can buy your ski passes conveniently at the hotel reception in winter. The price is the same as you would pay at the cable car ticket office. We are happy to add the ski passes to your room bill. The use of the keycard costs € 2. After your skiing fun, you can return the expired ski card directly to the valley station at the vending machine or have it reactivated at the hotel reception for a new ski day. We kindly ask you to note that a photo ID is required to determine the age of children and teens.
Children under 6 years receive a free Montelino ski pass. You will be charged only the € 2 deposit for the keycard. Please note that a photo of your child is required on this ski pass. We can take the photo conveniently at our reception. Furthermore, it is advisable to carry a photo ID for proof of age.
We are located in the middle of one of the largest ski areas in Austria, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. From our ski cellar, you can get to the slopes easily and you can be at the valley station in less than two minutes. The descent directly to the hotel is also possible via various slopes.

In addition, the Asitz snow sports school comes to our hotel 2x a day, so you can easily book your ski lessons directly in the hotel.
We can't influence the weather, of course. However, to ensure your skiing pleasure, our Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski resort is equipped with the most modern snow-making technology.
In our base camp, we offer a ski cellar with state-of-the-art lockers and integrated boot dryers, as well as a small bar and cosmetic tables for the perfect look after your outdoor activities.
