Rocky's kids' club family vacation austria Leogang

Our mascot Rocky

Rocky is as much a part of the Forsthofgut as the Steinberge mountains are of Leogang: our cheeky mascot not only lends his name to the kids' club, but also provides adventure and variety throughout the hotel. He accompanies the children on excursions to the wildlife enclosure and the miniGUT, and can also be found in the waldSPA Family & Kids.

One of the children's favourites is our own ball pool. Here each child can parkour, bounce in the balls and have an adventure with others.

Art studio

The spirit of invention is alive here and creativity is in the air. In the Art Studio, which includes a wood workshop and "Painting after Arno Stern", children can let their imagination run wild. They can experiment, tinker and hammer in the wood workshop with trained staff. Meanwhile, real works of art are being created in the "Painting after Arno Stern" studio, which helps to develop dexterity and imagination.

At Forsthofgut, there’s a place that holds a special magic for both children and adults: the miniGUT. Even in autumn, families can enjoy unforgettable moments here. This room is reserved for the whole family: In the parent-child room you can run around, play and cuddle to your heart's content. Everything in the room is designed to meet the needs of our youngest guests and is open 24 hours a day as a place of refuge. The design is inspired by nature, with lots of wood and comfortable seating. There is no supervision.

A holiday with your toddler

During your family holiday at the Forsthofgut family hotel in Leogang, we want to give you time to be together, but also time out: that's why we offer daily professional childcare for children from the age of two in our Rocky's Club. While the little ones experience great adventures, you can enjoy time and tranquillity in our waldSPA Adults Only or get away from it all in nature.

Forsthofgut baby package

At the Forsthofgut we offer an extra service for our very youngest guests: We are happy to provide you with the Forsthofgut baby package, which includes all the essentials - from baby cribs, changing tables and diaper pails to home-cooked baby food. We are also happy to offer buggies or baby carriers for rent for your excursions.

A baby monitor is available upon request.

Stroller rental

In order to discover the surroundings around the Forsthofgut comfortably, even with little ones, we are happy to offer Joolz strollers for rent for your excursions. In winter, sleds are available for walks through the snow.

Babysitter

We will be happy to organize a babysitter for you (for an additional fee) so you can spend well-deserved time together even when you're travelling with a small child. Our little guests two years old and up are welcome at Rocky's Club daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Dog Days in the Forsthofgut

Who wants to leave their dog at home on vacation and spend the most beautiful time of the year without it?
Your four-legged friend is very welcome at the Forsthofgut! Out of consideration for other hotel guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or on the recreational lawn/organic bathing lake. Your dog is welcome in the lobby and on our terrace. Please note that we charge € 50,- per night (without food) and a final cleaning fee of € 50,- for your faithful companion. Let us know when you book that you would like to include your dog so it can take advantage of our dog offer. We are also happy to organize a dog sitter for you for an additional fee.
