Playful learning is on the agenda during your family vacation at the Forsthofgut. In the nature workshop, the children do handicrafts with the caregivers and get to know the most versatile materials. In the painting studio, the little artists give free rein to their creative ideas. In the waldSPA Family & Kids, a swimming instructor practices safe swimming and diving with the little water lovers. And in Rocky's Club, they cook healthy meals together.

That's why we combine knowledge transfer with entertainment, let the children try out new things themselves, and thus increase the thirst for knowledge and the learning motivation of our young guests.

In the water world at waldSPA Family & Kids, there are regular opportunities to learn how to handle water safely. A certified swimming instructor practices the different swimming styles with our youngest guests and shows them how to dive and jump safely from the edge of the pool. You can book these courses at the reception desk for an extra charge.

The nature workshop magically attracts creative minds and clever inventors. Here, children between the ages of eight and twelve can tinker, experiment, screw, hammer, or paint together with trained supervisors. Not only do they train their creativity and dexterity, but the kids also learn exciting things about nature through play.
Equipped with painting smocks, brushes, and colorful paints, it's time for talented young artists to enjoy the painting studio. They can create unique paintings on large sheets of paper or on their works of art from the nature workshop. At the end of the holiday, of course, they can wrap them up and take them home!

Together with our attentive caregivers, the children set out to discover nature, become detectives on a scavenger hunt around the Forsthofgut, learn how to prepare healthy snacks and lemonade, and learn how to plant and care for herbs.

Activities for all ages are on the program at Rocky's Club. And above all: lots of time in the fresh air and nature! In summer, for example, children plant and harvest herbs and make them into refreshing drinks. This kind of playful learning has a high priority at Forsthofgut's childcare.
