R50
In the ForsthofgutCUISINE regional really means regional: This is where we are consistent. Our products for the local R50 dishes come from a maximum distance of 50 kilometers and are labelled with our own R50 seal, many of them even come from our own farm. The preparation is often traditional, but with new twist.

Vegan

We want to show you how a product is created, how it is processed and how it can be perceived with all senses. Experiencing, feeling, seeing and tasting.
Every day we prepare breakfast and brunch especially for you in our delicatessen shops in the delicacies market. Small market stands present products of selected quality. The coffee bar, the bakery, the cheese dairy, the butcher's shop, the juice bar and the vegan foliage become a delicatessen meeting place.

At the Forsthofgut you stroll through a luxury food market in the morning to discover the best ingredients for your breakfast: Every day we prepare your favorite dishes for you in our small delicatessen shops. Enjoy fresh bread in the bakery, help yourself to fruit and vegetables in the juice bar and "Blattwerk" - our vegan market stall - and try juicy ham at the butcher's. In the coffee bar, a professional barista creates fresh coffee creations from beans from various countries.
You can enjoy your breakfast on the sun terrace or in our cozy parlor: There's no better way to start the day.

For dinner we invite you to our two exclusive à la carte restaurants or to one of our five dining rooms. We always cook according to our philosophy in the ForsthofgutCUISINE and based on the three varieties. Of course, our culinary delights are still varied: from exclusive fine dining where you can sit down at the Chef's Table to a cozy atmosphere and Austrian specialties - what sounds good to you?

- 5-course evening meal from 6:30 to 9:00 pm

In the children's club there is a children's buffet and a children's kitchen. Of course, the philosophy of our ForsthofgutCUISINE is also implemented here. Cooking is fresh, healthy and regional, French fries have had their day.

An unusual hotel bar
"Botanist"
Whoever enters this place feels transported back in time: Dimmed lighting, neatly lined up bottles, drawers labeled by hand, herbs in between and an old pharmacy scale adorning the counter. However, no medicinal tinctures are served here, but wonderful cocktail creations: "Botanist" is our place to be. The hotel bar in the style of a 20th century pharmacy invites you to partake of relaxed drinks - even without alcohol. Lovers of cultivated bar culture will be thrilled, believe us.

Adults-Only Bar
Beletage
Here you will find only adult guests. At the Beletage you can enjoy outstanding spirits, find time for enriching conversations and play a game of chess, backgammon or cards. If you want, you can finally have time to read your favorite book. All this in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. And the view is included.

What would the best food be without the right wine? Explore our weinWALD: taste fine wines and select your favorite wine together with our expert sommelier. The new wine cellar in the design of a forest with its own presentation areas in the form of trees and branches is particularly suitable for organising tastings and wine culinary presentations. Smell a little wine cellar air and let your gaze glide over the many special features. The unique atmosphere is also emphasized by its own drinking fountain made of stone.
The Forsthofgut wine list stands out from other lists and contains exciting components. From vegan wines to fine wines from interesting grapes.
Special tastings are also held once a week. Enjoy the finest tastings in a small group and let yourself be pampered. Weekly changing themes are presented and selected wines are offered and tasted. In addition, there is a fine selection of sweet wines every day right next to the cheese buffet at the Forsthofgut delicacies market.
