In the waldSPA Family & Kids, you will find two pools with a temperature of 33 degrees in the children's water world: A baby pool with a depth of 25 centimeters and a children's pool with a depth of 50 centimeters. And guess who's standing at the edge of the pool to provide a shower in between? Mascot Rocky. In addition, numerous green plants decorate the water world: Almost as if you were in the middle of the forest and on the trail of a great adventure.
What's the absolute favorite place for everyone who can't get enough of swimming and splashing around? That's our indoor swimming area with a 21-meter pool and a water temperature of 33°C in the waldSPA Family & Kids. Water lovers are welcome here 24 hours a day. As a family spa hotel, we want to offer the opportunity for our littlest guests to learn how to handle water safely: in a playful way, of course! Therefore, a swimming instructor regularly practices the different swimming styles with the little guests and shows them how to dive and jump safely from the edge of the pool.
As a family and wellness hotel in Austria, the Forsthofgut offers three slides at once in the waldSPA Family & Kids: A mini slide in the baby pool, a slide in the children's pool, and the highlight - the 70-meter-long giant slide in the children's water world. Those who go on a fast ride here will meet all kinds of forest creatures along the way. And you can even measure your sliding time: For exciting competitions on your family holiday!
The forest and water, you will definitely run into these two during your wellness vacation with the family at Forsthofgut: All kinds of forest animals are hiding in the water workshop and surprise the little guests with fountains, water spray guns, and a waterfall.
A warm 40 °C in Rocky's stone pine sauna makes it possible for children to learn how to enjoy a sauna session. In addition, a textile sauna area with a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, and steam bath is also available to families: Here, children from the age of 10 are allowed to accompany their parents. These saunas not only offer space for families but are also a retreat for our international guests who practice different sauna cultures.
