Seezarella from the Seealm, organic eggs from Karin Enn, homemade organic salami, homemade marmalade from Rosmarie Schmuck and many more delicious and homemade products from the varied and healthy range we have on offer. and is separated from the half board dining area. Connoisseurs are welcome to the cosy atmosphere of our "Altholzstube", a room with old-wood panels, which combines traditional elements and modern accents.

Mountain trout - LEOGANG
Toni Grundner is is the proud leaseholder of 8 t stolzer Pächter von acht fish ponds in Schwarzbachgraben in Leogang and he is a passionate fish breeder. Every hour around 72,000 litres of mountain spring water flow through his pools and provide the fish with valuable nutrients. That's why his fish are of an especially high quality. The Forsthofgut handles 500 kg of char and approximately 1,500 kg of salmon trout, brook trout and rainbow trout.

Natural milk. MEI MUICH. - LEOGANG
Berhnhard Perwein's jointly managed farm is located at the entrance of the Leogang valley. He delivers fresh, natural mil from the region directly to his customers. As a result of the merger of the formerly independent companies Ottingbauer and Zieferbauer, the cows profit from a spacious and comfortable stall. They say "Thank you" with milk of the highest quality which is important for our health.
Natural mountain honey - LEOGANG
Rainer Martin, passionate beekeeper, has 70 bee colonies. Each colony is made up of 60,000 bis 70,000 bees.
Every busy insect produces around one tablespoon of honey in his lifetiem. One more reason to be thankful for this natural treasure. Rainer Martin makes apporximately 700 kg of this delicious honey at two locations: one is in the Schwarleotal, the other in the Schwarzbachtal. On top of his beekeeping he also breeds organic cattle.
