A trip to the cocktail bar becomes a journey back in time at the Forsthofgut: Like in an old apothecary from the 20th century, there are neatly lined-up vials, hand-labeled drawers, fresh herbs, and an old apothecary scale. Barkeeper Tom and his team don't serve healing tinctures here, but successful cocktail creations – even without alcohol and always with a special twist.

Signature Drinks

The signature drinks on our bar menu were developed in cooperation with the Saint Charles Pharmacy in Vienna. We drew on the ancient healing art of Spagyric, a special process for the production of medicines. The origins of this healing art go back to antiquity: natural medicinal plants are prepared in such a way that their power potential is extracted as completely as possible and can have an optimal effect on the organism.
