Movement, Balance & New Energy in the Mountains
re:flow stands for mindful movement that goes far beyond exercise: a holistic lifestyle that cultivates presence and inspires change. This retreat combines Reformer Pilates, mindfulness, psychology-based wellbeing sessions and regeneration – for renewed energy, inner balance and greater clarity in everyday life.
During daily Reformer Pilates sessions with experienced re:flow trainers, you will strengthen your body, find your balance and discover a new sense of ease in movement. Each session is designed to challenge you physically while also helping you feel mentally centred.
Alongside this, you will take part in psychology-led wellbeing sessions that combine knowledge with personal experience. Short, accessible teaching segments alternate with guided exercises and moments of personal reflection. You will gain valuable insights into psychological connections and learn simple, practical methods that will support you not only during the retreat but also at home.
The aim is for you to return from the retreat feeling calmer and more balanced, while also taking away practical methods and inspiration to help you integrate greater awareness, mental strength and wellbeing into your everyday life.
