In addition to a fitness room that is open 24h/day, we offer up to five fitness courses daily under the guidance of our trainers. On request, two personal trainers are also available at waldSPA Fitness to create an individual training plan for you.

Sufficient exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle: We offer you a 300 m² playground for your personal training during your fitness holiday in Leogang – our waldSPA Fitness, accessible from the age of 16 and featuring the latest Technogym equipment. Our fitness area with cardio and strength equipment is open 24h/day for your workout. In addition, the 70 m² course room offers space for group sessions such as fascia training or yoga sessions.
